Welcome to Retag Fitness, a service operated by tag.re. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy is strictly designed to explain how we process specific data necessary for your gym experience.

1. Location Data (GPS) Collection

Retag Fitness requests access to your device's foreground location strictly and exclusively when you are actively using the dedicated GPS check-in page. Your device's coordinates are only accessed at that exact moment to securely validate your physical presence against your registered facility's predefined coordinates. We do not track, collect, monitor, or store your location in the background, nor on any other screen of the app.

2. No Health Data Collection

Retag Fitness is strictly a client-side application designed for gym attendance and facility management. We do not collect, track, process, or store any personal health, medical, or biometric health data. The application exclusively logs your basic gym attendance (check-ins) and the general category of workout you completed (e.g., weights, cardio). This data is used solely to display your gamified progress and enable your facility to manage your membership.

3. Device Storage and Media

Retag Fitness does not support or allow user image uploads, profile picture changes, or media sharing. Therefore, our application does not request, require, or utilize any access permissions to your device's camera, photo gallery, or internal storage (such as READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE or WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE).

4. Data Retention Policy

Retag Fitness retains your basic account data, including workout types and attendance history, only for as long as your account is active and provisioned by your gym administrator. We do not store or retain user data indefinitely. If your gym membership is terminated, or if you request account deletion through your facility, all associated personal, activity, and attendance data will be permanently deleted from our active servers within 30 days, except where retention is strictly required for legal compliance.

5. Data Sharing and Administrator Access

Your attendance logs and workout activities are visible to your specifically affiliated gym management team to facilitate your membership tracking. We do not share your personal or activity data with unauthorized third parties under any circumstances, unless explicitly required by valid legal or governmental orders.

6. Your Data Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you retain full rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Because accounts are provisioned and managed securely by your gym, please contact your facility administrator directly to exercise data deletion, or reach out to our support team for assistance.
