Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Retag Fitness platform at fitness.tag.re, operated by tag.re, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

1. User Accounts and Security

  • Account Access: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We highly recommend utilizing our Biometric Passkey feature for enhanced security.
  • Account Sharing: Your account is strictly personal. Sharing your Member ID or passkey credentials to allow others to access the facility or log workouts on your behalf is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.

2. Zero Data Collection Policy

We believe your digital privacy is as important as your physical health. Retag Fitness operates on a strict Zero Data Collection model regarding unauthorized data harvesting:

  • No Background Tracking: Location services are only pinged at the exact moment you tap the check-in button. We do not track, log, or monitor your background location at any other time.
  • No Biometric Harvesting: Your fingerprint or Face ID data remains 100% on your local device. We only receive a cryptographic token to verify your identity; your actual biometric markers are never uploaded to our servers.
  • No Selling Data: We do not monetize, trade, or sell any of your personal fitness metrics or contact information to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

3. Location Services and Check-ins

  • GPS Requirement: To utilize the automated attendance tracking, you must be within the designated radius of your registered gym to successfully record a check-in.
  • Anti-Spoofing: Any attempt to manipulate, spoof, or bypass the GPS location requirements will result in immediate termination of your digital access and notification to your gym administrator.

4. Health and Medical Disclaimer

  • Not Medical Advice: Retag Fitness provides digital workout charts, diet plans, and tracking tools for informational purposes only. We are not licensed medical providers, and the information contained on this platform does not substitute for professional medical advice.
  • Assumption of Risk: You should consult with a physician or other healthcare professional before starting any new diet or fitness program. You agree that you engage in these physical activities entirely at your own risk.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform to:

  • Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful scripts.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the application.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other members' data or the administrative backend.

6. Account Termination

Your gym administrator and the platform operators reserve the right to suspend, deactivate, or terminate your access to the Retag Fitness platform at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Service or your gym's internal policies.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
